Pantàsema is an ancient pagan goddess of agriculture - particularly important in Abruzzo.
Where luck can change so fast - where a hailstorm might obliterate 90% of your yield - it's not hard to see why winemakers occasionally appeal to the Gods.
This is some wine to devote to the goddess of agriculture.
It's juicy and approachable as you'd expect great Montepulciano to be - but with the added finesse of 6 months in small oak barriques.
Quality-to-price ratio is spot on here - one of my favourites.

Average. Not going to re buy though.
Again a bit thin and weak given what I was expecting ??
Decent wine at a good price. It won't blow your mind but is perfectly acceptable with some pizza or pasta.
A very nice wine to sit and enjoy on its own or with food
Aromas of hay, light smoke notes of red cherries, tomato a little bit of tannin.
A standard red to go to. It's calm and good drinking too.
