Putting our name to a Super Tuscan was no small feat.

You're mixing with the true titans of winemaking - San Guido, Antinori, Ornellaia. You've got to be up to scratch or you'll get found out.

We wanted to find a wine that compares to the very best. Cab Sav dominant, with strong oak integration and a cherry chocolate finish.

To find this, we must have visited over 100 different vineyards and tasted over 300 wines. I know, we have a tough job.

And while I can't disclose who made this wine (we are under NDA), I can reveal they are behind one of our highest rated wines.
