Tucked inside a meander of the Ebro river sits Nuestra Señora de la Vega. The belfry of this 10th century basilica looks over a special little vineyard.
Typical of the terroir, it’s bursting with cherry charisma. Look closer, and there’s complexity. Clay-limestone soils bring minerality. The high altitude, Atlantic breeze brings freshness.
Easy drinking
Found this a little thin and too acidic but ok with food like beef casserole.
Nice tasting wine for the price point
Mellow, velvety, fruity and deep. Superb.
