Running a warehouse full of wine is messy stuff.

Dropped pallets, smashed bottles, flying glass. It's no wonder there's some collateral damage.

In fact, we probably write off around 1% of our stock to damaged/ruined labels. Even if there's a FLECK of a stain on the label, we can't sell that at full price.

That's a big shame - we've got bottles worth up to £200 sitting in this big bucket labelled 'DAMAGED/RUINED'. But trust me, the liquid inside is perfect.
