'Paesi tuor' means 'your country', and stands for the huge sense of price and nationhood that surrounds this wine.

Long thought of as one of the world's most elegant styles, it's made from Italy's most noble grape, Nebbiolo.

Unique in its vinification, the wine is aged in huge, old oak for 2 years, packing the aromas with dried herbs, coffee, dark cherry, and licorice.

It comes out a brick garnet in colour, and is thought to have boundless age potential. A must-have for any collector's wine rack.
