Hello there Big Boss.

Made from 50 years old Cabernet Sauvignon vines, the cuvee Big Boss is a tip-of-the-cap to all the old school vignerons doing things the hard way in St Emilion.

Really interesting this one - not oaked, instead maturing in cement for 8 months. There's secondary and tertiary aromas here, for sure - but first and foremost, it's a pure expression of Cab Sav.

So lots of black & red fruit - supremely delicious.
