Because, you see, this wine is sold for £55 on his wine list!? It’s lovely, but £55!?

At the very least, you know if it’s on the menu at a 3 Michelin Star menu, it’s been chosen VERY carefully. A whole army of sommeliers will have studied this wine to make sure it’s up to scratch.

A nice strong red aged 9 months in French oak. Smacks of blue fruit and smoked cedar.
