Ripasso is such a lovely wine style. Meaning ‘to review’, the wine is re-fermented with added skins for extra flavour.

Established in 1960, Tezza operates a short production chain where the grapes are grown, fermented, aged and bottled all within a few hectares.

Their Valpolicella Ripasso is a beautiful example, aged 24 months in barrels and a further 12 in the bottle.

A proper family operation with excellent critical pedigree.
