This is an ultra rare find - if you google the name of this wine, only 3 results pop up.

Give it a few years though, and we're sure Juan Ledesma is going to get his plaudits.

He's a winemaker first, musician second. He ages his wine by playing self-composed music through the barrels; the vibrations bringing about subtle complexities in the finished product.

This is made from over 70 year old vines, and aged in the ancient practice of Rauli, which look a bit like hot tubs (hence my click-baity headline...)
