Sonoma is known for it's big Cab Savs and full-bodied Chardonnays. So when iconic producer Summer Dreams showed us their Pinot, I was sceptical.

We're used to light, ethereal Pinots from cool climates - This is coming in HOT with 14.8% ABV, highest I've seen on a Pinot Noir.

I've got to agree with the critics - this is one experiment that has certainly passed the acid test.

It's bursting with energy, amping up everything I love about Pinot Noir to ELEVEN. Benefitting from the famous Goldridge soils, this is fresh, but also dark and spicy. One of my favourites from California.
