Chardonnay has a lot to live up to under the Credo brand.

The Credo Chenin Blanc was voted South Africa's best white wine a few years back by Platter's.

But you know what I say? Follow the producer. And here you'll be rewarded with a properly full-bodied and butter chardonnay.

TBH, I often look for the same stuff in my fave Chenin Blanc as well as Chardonnay. Big, bold, mouth-filling, oaky. Credo gets there by full malolactic in French oak for 8 months, with monthly battonage.
