It’s cold and windy - and nowhere more so than the westernmost tip where Solomon Hills is situated.

This particular wine comes from the coldest estate in an ALREADY cold area. That's what brings a balance between bright, fruity tones, dried florals and distinct savory elements.

Fermentation always happens naturally with this wine and it is aged for 16 months in 45% new French oak barrels.
