Scaranto, Limited Edition Governo All'Uso Rosso, 2021

Have you heard of wines like Sassicaia and Tignanello? They're called Super Tuscans - wines made in Tuscany, but with French varietals and winemaking methodology.

They normally cost over £50/btl, but after MONTHS of hard negotiation with the producer, we're finally able to bring this to the UK.

The grapes are dried in the appassimento method, and after manual grape harvesting and fermentation, the wine is aged 3 months in French oak barrels.

It's this attention to detail which has got this PERFECT scores from critics. Sassicaia & Tignanello don't even have that...

I still can't believe we've been able to source a wine of this quality for this price...
