'Sabreseno' in Sardinian dialect means 'to take your time'. This sums up the winemaking ethos, waiting until perfect ripeness, and then fermenting and ageing in the proper way to get the best result.

The word Argeste comes from the tempramental Mistral wind that blows onto the northern coast of the island and gives this wine a refreshing mineralic finish that reminds you of a crisp sea breeze.
