Vineyards of the Ayala family are in Briñas, located in the foothills of the Sierra de Cantabria. Calcareous clay soils make this the holy grail for Tempranillo growth.

Selection of vineyards over 50 years old. Hand harvested, and immaculately aged for 14 months in new oak casks (American Missouri 70% and French oak 30%).
