Post House are a bit like one of those XL Bully breeding houses.

So full of dangerous, full-bodied beasts, it should be illegal. The False Bay outfit are known for producing South Africa's deepest and darkest wines.

This is one of their crowning jewels, so you can imagine how full-bodied it comes. Named after a famous opera, this is unquestionably operatic in its flavour depth and dramatic colour.

24 months in oak gives this a longevity beyond most other wines.
