This BIN 169 is one of their very best - Cab Sav vines grown in the famous terracotta soils of the Coonawarra. That name should be like a dog whistle to any lovers of Cab Sav. Coonwarra = WORLD CLASS CAB SAV.

Ageing for 16 months in French oak, which brings out some absolutely fabulous taste notes. There's a smokiness which Colin Hay describes beautifully as the 'touch of a firework'.
