The Paul Mas winery is one of the most renowned wineries in the Languedoc region. The winery is owned by Jean-Claude Mas, who is a fifth-generation winemaker. The winery was established in 1892, and since then, it has been producing some of the finest wines in the region.

The vineyards are located in the coastal plains of the Languedoc region, which is known for its limestone soils and Mediterranean climate. The grapes are hand-picked and then fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve their natural acidity.
