Margaret River is a great place to look. Its climate is very similar to continental France, with bags of winemaking talent to boot.

This immaculate example was harvested in the early hours of the morning and immediately cold crushed to press, before being racked into new French oak barrels.

The result is a layered, fresh, zingy Sauvignon Blanc that is just completely irresistible.
