Truth is, South Africa's love affair with Cinsault goes way back. Indeed, their crowning accomplishment, Pinotage, is a cross-breed between Pinot Noir and Cinsault.

This has a load of really impressive winemaking thrown in. Indigenous yeast, midnight hand harvesting, 9 month barrel age, malolactic fermentation.

Whether you know what all that means, or you don't, I think you can appreciate that the artisans responsible for this award winning wine REALLY CARE. New World winemaking at its very best.
