The roots of Kir-Yianni winery date back to 1967. A true pioneer in the Greek wine industry, Boutaris introduced France's famed barrel ageing method to Greece.

Focused on producing wines that represent the essence of the Greek terroir, Kir-Yianni winery truly epitomises the Greek spirit; marked by passion, tenacity and exploring the uncharted.

The final blend is made five months after harvest and the last racking takes place about six months later. Matured in both French and American oak.
