Son of a Scottish miner and born in Zambia, Ken Forrester is known as Mr. Chenin in South Africa.

After reviving an old chenin blanc vineyard destined for the chopping block, he has come to be synonymous with this magnificent varietal.

This particular wine has a rare woody quality; allowed to naturally ferment using lees and oak-filled barrels.

The vibrant, bold acidity makes this a fabulous accompaniment to a curry or spicy sushi.
