At this estate, organic and biodynamic winemaking practices are followed, to ensure that the wine reflects the true character of the terroirs where they are grown. No synthetic products are used in the vineyards here. Instead, natural predators and herb infusions are used to process the grapes naturally.

This timeless white Burgundy perfectly captures the essence of Chardonnay through its full-bodied texture and crisp flavours of citrus and white peach. Accents of sweet oak and subtle mineral nuances add depth, creating a well-rounded and balanced palate.
