If you paid Mozart peanuts to write a jingle for a commercial, do you reckon he'd half-ass it? Or do you reckon it'd be awesome?

True artists can't create bad art. Their bodies won't let them.

That's why, if you want to buy affordable wine, buy it from the people who ALSO MAKE THE FINE STUFF TOO.

Joseph Drouhin's wines start here, but go all the way up to a few thousand a bottle. So you know the time and effort that went into this, is from the same hands that create wine worth a hundred times more.

And it comes from great stock. The Mâcon-Lugny appellation area is located in the south of Burgundy, just 30 km north of Pouilly-Fuissé.

The origin of the word Crays comes from the celtic term "cracos/crag" meaning stony hill. This medieval term in Burgundy is associated to stony screes and alluvial cones forming a very good substratum for the vine. It mainly reveals Premier Cru wines, so you've got a real treat here.
