The only way I can explain the name is the clever use of oak...wooden leg... get it? This is a fuller style Sauvignon Blanc that ferments and ages in both new (40%) and older oak for 12 months.

It's a really unusual and consistently interesting palate. Ranging from the tropical, to stone fruit, finishing at dried fruit, salinity, and a touch of oak.

Unlike the cat with the wooden leg, I'd quite like to adopt this one.
