Right. First I'm going to caveat that sometimes winemakers tell lies. This one...I do find hard to believe.

But I was TOLD that Hacienda el Ternero dates back to 1077AD. Even crazier - the old chapel were the wine was pressed is still on site, looking over the grapes a MILLENNIUM later.

You do feel like you're drinking a helluva lot of know-how when you're sipping on their Reserva. You know what they say....practice makes perfect.
