Grove Estate is one of Hilltops' best producers - and their cool climate Cab Sav is rapidly building a reputation in this style of wine.

Off the beaten track, yes, but this has the hallmarks of something far more expensive. Low yielding fruit ages in a mix of French & American oak, giving this high quality Cabernet deliciously smooth tannins and a long finish.

Grove Estate is one to watch - they are roundly loved by Australian reviewers and are marked as excellent VFM.
