This gorgeous amber number comes from the Fabre Family.

Illustrated on the label is Fabre ancestor Louis Andrieu, inventor of the Colorimeter - a device used to judge the colour of grapes.

It's fitting, then, that this wine's colour is so striking. A honeyed amber, it's the product of prolonged skin contact with the Sauvignon Blanc grapes.

Expect more texture, body, and flavour than you'd normally note on a Sauvignon Blanc.
