Richer than your average Provence rosé, there’s still a streak of acidity to the Sainte Victoire to bring out the wine’s texture.

Perfect winegrowing terroir, at the foothills of the Sainte-Victoire mountain (east from Aix-en-Provence). Poor, well-drained soils formed of limestone and clayey sandstone lead to low, concentrated yields of high quality fruit.

This terroir benefits from exceptional sunshine and refreshing from the tail-end of the mistral.
