Eléonore Moreau Chablis comes from the small, picturesque village of Pouilly-sur-Serein, located 15 minutes away from the the town of Chablis.

Within this village, Eléonore is the only winemaker to commercialize and bottle her wine. Everyone else just sells off their grapes to the big cooperatives.

So you get Eleonore's fingerprint throughout - which is just as well because she does things differently. Unusually old wines, aged for an unusually long time.
