You have to tread carefully in Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Demand is so high and consistent that, in our humble opinion, it's not always the best value for money. Look just round the corner, in Vacqueyras or Gigondas, and you can find much more value.

But we investigated Chateauneuf nonetheless, trawling the region for the best value for our fellow Winedroppers. We're confident that Domaine de la Presidente lives up to the name of Chateauneuf-du-Pape.

In fact, Presidente owns parcels of land in Vacqueyras - showing their hunger for producing world-class wines, even without the CNDP brand name.

It's tough to find white CNDP that satisfies our stringent quality criteria but this hits it. Generous, fresh, spicy, wow!
