Depth, minerality, aromatic richness.

The 2021 vintage was marked by a series of climatic challenges that, while testing the resilience of the vines, ultimately contributed to the development of grapes with exceptional concentration and balance.

This Pouilly-Fuissé is made from organic Chardonnay grapes which are hand-harvested. The wine is vinified and aged in 500-litre barrels and only 4,000 bottles are produced.
