5 generations of family winemakers have been through this single plot, working up to this fabulous rendition in 2018.
2018 was a rare vintage of quality in Burgundy according to the Berry Bros report - one to lay down and reap the profits down the line.
The grapes are pressed manually. After pressing, the wine ages in oak barrels (60% new) for approximately 15 months.
