Deep Down, Sauvignon Blanc, 2023

Keeping NZ Sauvignon Blanc in stock is tough at the best of times.

It takes AGES to arrive, and once it does, it gets snapped up faster than you can say Peter Jackson. People have cottoned onto the fact it's some of the best white wine going - and costs a fraction of Loire or Burgundy.

This one in particular puts hot cakes to shame. Merchants seem completely unable to keep it in stock, making it a bit of a rarity here in the UK.

Founded by Seresin's winemaker Clive Dougall, this Sauvignon Blanc is fermented with wild yeasts and partially in oak barrels to add texture and complexity.
