I know I know. It's sooo annoying when we sell out this fast. This is going to piss some people off as well.

Fact, is DAOU are just about the most sought after winery in the world right now. Their wines are rarer than hen's teeth in the UK, and it takes AGES to ship from Paso Robles.

Why is it so sought after? They've been killing it for years, with one of the best reputations in California. But why now?

Their prowess has finally been recognised, when TWE purchased the vineyard for a BILLION DOLLARS.

That's right. The two Lebanese refugees who set up DAOU have just become BILLIONAIRES. And we're so happy for them. But - I am not loving how hard it is to get hold of their wines right now.

This is my personal favourite from DAOU - not rip-your-eyes-out expensive like their other wines, but with serious panache.
