Minimus started as the 'new projects' arm of the Craft Wine Company, where the winemaker can bottle their experiments each year.

Some bottles are good enough to be produced every year, others are one-offs - and numbered according to which experiment number it is.

Every now and again, they strike gold. That's where the Minimum Dijon Free Chardonnay comes in.

A pure recreation of the best, buttery Chardonnay to every come from the Dijon vicinity. But we promise, no Dijon!
