When Provence rosé really started to take off, it attracted some serious talent from throughout the winemaking world.

One such talent was Roger Zannier of Quinta do Pessegueiro fame. He took up the Saint Maur estate and transformed it into a bastion of the style, along with Chateau d'Esclans and Minuty.

Just 10km from St Tropez, it's steeped in luxury and benefits from a cooling sea breeze. Vines are low yielding which provides more complex, balanced wines.
