Thank the lord, the sun's shining.

You know what that means, don't you? Drinking rosé in far higher quantities, and far more often, than someone in their right mind would.

And what a rosé to do it with. This, in my humble opinion, IS the best rosé on earth. The Garrus is a little too sturdy for me - this has all the refreshing citrus of Whispering, with the elegant, creamy notes you might expect of a Burgundy Chardonnay.

A delicate, pale pink in colour, this has some evidence of oak on the nose, which gives the wine a smoky character. The wine underwent Bâtonnage two times a week for ten months, this added complex flavours of sandlewood and butter and gave the wine its medium body and creamy texture.

A truly sensational rosé, setting the standard to anything remotely pink.
