You guys already know about Whispering Angel. Let me introduce you to something a little ✨finer✨

When I visited Chateau d'Esclans in September, I was walked through each wine with the head winemaker. There's 6 of them (I think).

And out of them all, this was his favourite.

It's a combination of techniques that sit this wine between the refreshing quality of Whispering, and the complexity of Garrus / Les Clans.

A full style rose with a smooth and creamy texture whilst retaining and elegance distinctive of the region.

I must say...I agreed with the head winemaker that this was a TAD better than Whispering Angel.
