This Pinot Meunier dominant champagne is full of homey fresh-baked bread and biscuit tones. There’s a lightning bolt of lemon peel acidity in the finish.

After creating his first sparkling wine, Dom Perignon said ‘Come quickly, I am tasting the stars’.

That’s not a bad description for champagne as good as this. You just don’t see this much quality under £30 - a steal for certain.
