Casanova di Neri is globally renowned for Brunello - their style characterised by rich, unctuous, dark fruit rounded with succulent oak.

2017 wasn’t without its challenges. Hot and dry, critics were expecting overpoweringly strong wines.

But in Casanova’s Brunello they found refuge. In such a hot vintage, it delivers unexpected grace and a lifted floral profile.

As it opens up, we see cherry and raspberry. There’s a savoury note with dried herbs, and it’s all brought together with the supreme oak ageing.
