Cantine Truentum, Riva Nord Marche IGT Rosso, 2021

Cantina Truentum takes its name from the Tronto river, which cuts between Marche and Abruzzo. Grown on small vineyards at the river bank, and thus called 'Riva Nord'.

The reflected sunlight from the river ripens these grapes to perfection, bringing out ripe fruit balanced with fresh acidity.

Manually harvested, picking only the best bunches - before being aged in French oak for 12 months. This kind of winemaking attention-to-detail is rarely seen on a wine at this price!
