Look, we all know we get ripped off in top restaurants on the wine list. That's how they make money, and we think that's perfectly fair.

BUT - what this does show is that a team of top sommeliers tasted this, and thought it was fabulous enough to stick on their wine list.

Of course, this comes as no surprise from Cantina Terlano, who only make the most critically acclaimed, supremely drinkable wines out there.

The Kreuth vineyard, where yields are strictly limited, is located at an altitude of 1,000 feet in well-drained volcanic soil. After a temperature-controlled fermentation in oak barrels this age-worthy wine is matured for 12 months in big oak casks, with 20% of the wine resting in barriques.

We've tipped this to age beautifully over the coming years, so jump along for the ride.
