Unfined and unfiltered, this stunning Chardonnay from the Briar Hill (planted in 1994) vineyard is hard to beat. Expect a fabulous, crystalline green apple and lime character, with deeper, richer notes of patisserie and lemon curd.

This is creamy, with weight, elegance, poise and tension. If you like an oaky Chardonnay, then this has your name all over it.

It is fair to say that a lot of killer Australian wine sadly does not make it over to the UK, so when we discovered and tasted the epic wines of Briar Ridge, there was only one thing to do!
