Why's it so good? The Cortese varietal has lashes of fresh acidity, with thin, delicate skins. The grape is know for producing beautifully fresh wines with herbal and grassy aromas. Hugely versatile and food friendly.

It's at its best in Gavi, where the rolling hills limestone and clay soils are a marriage made in heaven for Cortese.

This is crisp, refreshing, and so bone dry it’ll leave your mouth tingling.

Mineral, very low residual sugar. Despite that, a nice tropical fruit flavour on the finish.
