Bosco del Merlo, Prosecco Rose Millesimato, 2023

Bosco del Merlo boasts a vast 100-hectare estate located in the beautiful countryside of Annone Veneto, in the eastern part of the region.

Founded in 1977, it was Antonio Lucarelli's mission to create wines that perfectly captured the terroir and the character of the grapes. He and his winemaking team try to interfere as little as possible.

The Pinot Noir and Glera grapes are harvested at different times depending on ripeness and processed separately. After soft pressing, the Glera is vinified as white in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, while the Pinot Noir part is vinified as red, to give greater aroma and color to the cuvée.
