The reserva is a rare beast.
Only produced in a select few years, and only from vines at least 75 years old.
After a selection in the field at the time of harvest, the very best grapes begin the painstakingly slow journey to the bottle.
Aged up to 48 months in oak casks and bottle. Amazingly expressive due to its long ageing period, and will only improve over the next decade. Decant for at least an hour before serving.
