Bobar, Cabaret, 2020

We've only ever done a handful of natural wines at Winedrops. That's because, for my personal taste (selfish I know), they rarely hit the heights of the traditional stuff.

I'm saying this because Bobar really does. It's light, fresh, and absolutely delicious chilled.

Bobar wines are grown and made by Sally and Tom Belford in Yarra Glen. They pioneered Australia's natural wine movement, and their handmade bottles undergo no filtration, heating, colling, or additives.

Made in tiny quantities, it's rare stuff - and the critic ratings are uncharacteristically high for natural wine.
