Bernard Lonclas is...erm...a little bit bonkers.

He says the first sound he remembers is the cork popping from the bottle that toasted his birth.

Perhaps all that champagne has gone to his head... But the truth is, champagne is in his blood. A multi-generation fizz-making family, Bernard had no destiny outside of the Champenoise.

He found 9 hectares of the perfect chalky slopes on which to perfect his graft, and has forged a path for top class grower champagne. Going toe-to-toe with the big houses, this is farmyardy, toasty, and most importantly, fizzy.
