Bernard Lonclas is champagne-mad. He reckons his first memory was the 'pop' of the champagne cork that toasted his birth.

Yeah...sure.

But it's a handy metaphor. From birth, Lonclas has been fully immersed in the champagne world, taking the helm of a multi-generational winemaking legacy.

His champagnes are classically 'micro-grower' - aged much longer on the lees than the cheaper, big house brands. They're rich, yet dry - fruity yet balanced.
